2. Purpose of Collection and Use of Personal Information
The Company uses the collected personal information for the following purposes. However, if it is necessary to preserve information in accordance with relevant laws and regulations, the Company retains member information for a certain period as stipulated by relevant laws and regulations as follows:

Retention period: 1 year
c. Records on consumer complaints or dispute handling: 3 years (Act on Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, etc.)
4. Right to Refuse Consent to Collection and Use of Personal Information
Users have the right to refuse consent to the collection and use of personal information as described above.
However, the collection and use of personal information is essential information for operating customer consultation services, and users who do not consent to the collection and use of personal information may be restricted from using customer consultation services.
